Due to the unique nature of my minerals, crystals and jewellery, I do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, except where required by applicable law.

Each specimen is individually selected, photographed, and described as accurately as possible, allowing you to make an informed decision before purchasing.

I encourage you to carefully review the photographs, descriptions, and dimensions of each item before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

I take great care in packaging every item to ensure it arrives safely. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me. I will be happy to assist you and help find an appropriate solution.
